    From the Classroom to Supporting Schools Nationwide

    After more than 36 years working in education, Steve Waters has seen first-hand the challenges faced by teachers, support staff, and school leaders. Increasing workloads, growing responsibilities, and the changing demands of education have made staff wellbeing more important than ever.
    Teach Well Toolkit was created to provide schools with practical, evidence-informed support that goes beyond one-off initiatives. Every service is designed to help schools build healthier workplaces where staff feel valued, supported, and equipped to thrive.
    Today, Teach Well Toolkit partners with schools across the UK to deliver accredited First Aid for Mental Health training, staff wellbeing reviews, leadership support, and resources that promote lasting cultural change.
